AP Thailand Group collaborates with Smart, a leader in property management, to upgrade the SMART WORLD digital platform, which assists in managing quality of life after moving in. This initiative aims to connect two worlds: the real world and the digital world, bringing over 60,000 families closer together to create a sharing community. They also launched the campaign #SupportLocalBusinesses to promote economic circulation within families, helping everyone navigate through this crisis together.

The company launched the SMART WORLD digital platform last year, managed by Smart Service and Management Co., Ltd. The primary goal is to enhance convenience after moving in, reduce redundancy issues faced by residents today, and provide a new experience that elevates living standards through comprehensive functionalities covering all aspects of living. This platform upgrade aims to support our vision of creating a quality living community. Currently, Smart manages over 250 projects with more than 60,000 units, including projects developed by AP and other companies. The platform has over 45,000 users, indicating a positive response.
